This is a ground floor flat in an excellent location with all mod-cons. Approx 5 minutes walk from Ladywell station and 10 minute walk from Lewisham for national rail and DLR. It is just off Lewisham High Street with a variety of shop, market stalls and supermarkets as well as a number of parks and open spaces within walking distance. The flat is very quiet despite being near a High Street with shared access to a garden. The room has a double bed with storage and wardrobe.

I am very easy going and easy to along with. I enjoy quiet nights in watching TV or chatting over a glass of wine. I am English (from Liverpool) and have my own caterning business so will be prepping from home. My girlfriend also stays over frequently.

I have a small dog so must be a dog lover.

Rent is £650 per week but will consider reducing for Monday-Friday lets.

For short-term lets for less than a month then it is £180 per week (£230 for a couple).
