I am looking for a responsible Lodger in a two bedroom flat in the 'Standard' corner of Blackheath.

The flat is across the whole of the top floor of a beautiful Victorian detached 4 storey dwelling and is 1100 square foot in total. There is a church at one end of the road and the Heath at the other, with Greenwich Park a further 100 metres on.

There are a ton of buses here but it is a 15-20 minute walk to either Blackheath or Maze Hill stations, or 25 minutes through park down to the centre of Greenwich.

The flat is very peaceful and decorated in an eclectic style. There is a shared kitchen/diner and a large living room that you are welcome to use when I am not in.

My preference is for easy going people with a tolerant and international outlook, but who are highly reliable. I am away frequently as my girlfirend is in Asia, so for alot of the time the place will be yours alone, hence my need for a highly trustworthy individual. I prefer a female housemate so the household is mixed. At a stretch I would consider a couple in specific circumstances. All bills are included.
