Looking to rent my spare room to a female.

I work as a project manager for a retailer. Have also spent most of my London life home sharing so very familiar with this, and my recent lodger just moved out after 18 months.

Would like to find someone friendly, chilled & tidy. I have my things going on through the week but would be great to get on with who I live with too
