Looking for someone that doesn't mind doing their share of cleaning (clean freaks welcome) are fun and friendly and looking for a home rather than just a place to crash. Housemates do the cleaning and look after the gardens. One of the current housemates has been in the house for over 5 years now and loves the place. If you like gardening even better.
Great place to base yourself especially if working/studying in Canary Wharf/Greenwich area or London Bridge area.
Note: I'm a live out landlord but am not far away. I look after the property management myself. If something breaks I get it sorted so if you want a Landlord that takes pride in his properties and cares about his tenants then come see for yourself.

Having lived at the property for almost 4 years I can say that it has been a very good experience. The property itself was ideal, offering space and convenience. It was well maintained and looked after by the landlord and on the rare occasion an issue occurred Gerrad was quick to resolve it by either repairing or replacing items.
