We have a spacious room available in our comfortable family home in Little Marton, Blackpool, with bills and food included in the rent.

We are a friendly, professional couple in our late 50s and early 60s. My husband works for the NHS and I've just recently retired from working in education. We are looking for a calm, friendly, easy-going and respectful female lodger who would appreciate a relaxed, welcoming home rather than simply somewhere to stay.

Bills & Food Included

We want to make things as simple and convenient as possible. The rent includes household bills as well as food, so you won't have to worry about budgeting separately for groceries or cooking. We are happy to discuss exactly what is included when we meet.

A Home with Plenty of Space

You will have full use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and our very large garden. The garden offers plenty of outdoor space to relax, enjoy a coffee, read, or simply unwind.

There is also on-street parking available.

The room is for single occupancy only.

A Relaxed and Respectful Home

We are looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and other people's privacy. We enjoy a peaceful home environment and would love to find someone who would feel comfortable becoming part of it.

We have three grown-up daughters who no longer live at home, although they do visit occasionally.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, although smoking is permitted in the garden.

And just to reassure you — our clubbing days are sadly well and truly behind us! 😄

Most importantly, we want to offer more than just a room. We'd like you to feel that you have found a comfortable, welcoming place that you can genuinely call home.
