I have a large double room available in a five bedroom house on Lytham road (at the cross junction on Watson Road)

I am a live in Land Lord. There is currently one room taken (who is a friend of mine) I am looking for one more person only (NO MORE)

- 2 minute walk to Blackpool Pleasure Beach train station
- 2 minute walk to the beach

We both work full time.

It's £450 per month, all bills included.
