I live out from September to June each year.

I'm offering a double room in my bungalow in North St Annes. When I'm away 9 months of the year, the place is all yours.

Great location on the 11B bus route. 10 minute walk to St Annes Square. Few minutes to the best beach on the Fylde Coast.

This would be a house-sitting scenario for the months when I travel as a digital nomad. When home (June-August) I use the guest bedroom.

The property is a bit outdated but otherwise very comfortable, and spacious.

Access to garden shed for washing machine.

Good sized kitchen dining space.

Large garden.

Maximum two adults. Quiet, well-behaved pets considered 🙏
