Lovely home situated in a peaceful area in the beautiful town of Lytham St Annes..
We have 5 rooms to share .. 3 flat mates currently staying on .. One person only over the weekend. One more tenant moving at the end of this month, April.
Shower and toilets in both floors, which serves to our advantage...
Kitchen is shared & plenty of Cupboards to chose from..
Broadband belongs to one of my residents, who is willing to share with co-tenants and a small monthly contribution will be collected as part of the rent. The house has TV licensing too.
Would appreciate everyone using the common places, equipments and facilities respectful of others and keep it clean at all times!
The house is very close to many corner shops, Tesco, Subway, fish & chips Co-Op bus routes and such..
1 month Deposit, a letter from the place of work and a good reference is essential before applications are accepted ..
