Lovely room available in a modern, well-kept riverside home with a private balcony overlooking the river. The flat is in a peaceful spot while still being really well connected, with the train station around a 4-minute walk away and parking available directly outside.

All bills are included, so everything is nice and straightforward. The house is clean, comfortable and very much somewhere I like to feel at home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m a friendly, laid-back professional and run my own Pilates studio, so I’m generally out during the daytime and home more in the evenings. I’m independent and enjoy my own space, but equally love a chilled evening, good food, a film or the occasional drinks out, so it would be lovely to find someone with a similar balance.

Looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy flatmate who would treat the house as their home too. Ideally someone easy-going who is happy to have a chat and be sociable but equally appreciates their own space.
