The room is a furnished double room and includes a comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk, making it ideal for someone who wants a calm and comfortable space for living or working. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

You will be sharing the home with me and my young daughter. It is a peaceful, tidy and respectful home environment. We travel between the UK and Italy during the year so the flat is often quiet. I work in property management and occasionally work from home.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy female who is easy to live with and appreciates a calm home.

The building also has a large private courtyard just through the entrance gate, with benches, flowers and plants looked after by the neighbours – a lovely place to sit outside and relax.
