My flatmate is moving back to Ireland so I am looking to find someone to take his furnished room in our flat. It is a 2 bedroom property with a bathroom, separate shower room, living room, separate kitchen, large storage cupboard and communal garden. It is located on a quiet leafy residential road in a lovely Clerkenwell neighbourhood and has absolutely everything you need within walking distance.

It is located a 10 minute walk away from Angel, where there are large supermarkets, gyms, restaurants cafes etc. It is also around 3 minutes away from the famous Exmouth market, which is full of independent cafes and restaurants.

Kings Cross St Pancras is a 12 minute walk, Farringdon a 15 minute walk. There are buses nearby that take you into City in 15 mins, or to walk is about 25-30 mins which is what I currently do whilst the weather is nice!

The rent for the room is currently £1,385 per month and we have gas included (unlimited free heating). Electricity is roughly £25 pp month and council tax around £100 pp per month.

I work as a financial trader in City so I’m in the office every day, usually at the gym after work so get back around 9pm, it may well suit someone who works from home as you’ll have the place to yourself during the day. I’m looking for someone who is a similar age and has similar interests, as it is a home rather than a flat share.
