We have a lovely double bedroom available to rent in our flat. Flexible move in from 1st October or 1st of November and we’re looking for a nice, fun, flatmate.

The Flat
It’s a large 4 bed flat with a living room and separate (well equipped) kitchen. We’re on the 7th floor (we have a bin shoot ✨), dishwasher, washing machine dryer etc.
Washroom/toilet and a separate large bathroom with a great bath/shower and lots of room for toiletries.

The building is centrally heated, so heating bills are included in the rent! Hello cosy winters 🫖

We are on the 7th floor but there is a lift straight to the flat, the location is brilliant and very well connected with the Brunswick centre next door, lots of lovely pubs, traditional shops, the British museum, British library, Regent’s Park, Islington and Soho are 15 minute walks and Kings Cross is a 5 minute walk. Plus lots of other institutions, universities etc nearby.

The room
A comfortable double bedroom with bed, wardrobe, shelving and desk included. Furniture can be thrown out!

The guys
I’m a community manager for a local coworking and members club. I enjoy reading, festivals and events, seeing friends etc etc :)
Alex - The flats personal bouncer! Works for TfL and has some odd shift hours but when he’s not guarding the stations he likes to go running, loves a pint, and winds down with a video game.
Kris - Works for a bank and he works a lot! But he likes to cook, also quite partial to a pint (who isn’t), and he moved over from Australia to see Europe on his spare weekends. Kris is moving in with his best mate down the road in Islington in December so if you have a friend that also needs a room or this date works better.
Meganl the current occupier of the room is looking to move out from the 1st of October with flexibility to the 1st of November.
