Hi, my name is Spencer and I am an postgraduate student at UCL doing a Museums and Galleries in Education MA through the IOE! I am looking for someone to take over my spot in Handel Mansion halls, a part of the University of London student accommodations. I have a nice Medium Single room to let. This is a room in a 3-person flat with a shared toilet and kitchen. Beautiful view of the BT tower included!
Unfortunately due to my personal circumstances, I need to find a replacement for this lovely room and move out in June. The move-in date is flexible between May and July and the contract ends in late September. You would be going through a brief process of signing up with UoL accommodations but it is super simple and I am happy to assist with that.
A 5-minute walk to Russell Square station, a 10-minute walk to King's Cross St Pancras, and a 15-minute walk to UCL main campus (IOE is only 5 minutes!). My favourite parts of this incredible location are St George's Gardens right next door and the Brunswick Centre across the street where I can get dinner, do my shopping, and watch a movie all in the same outdoor space. Groceries are super easy and walks through the nearby neighbourhoods of Islington are beautiful.
Applicant must be a full-time student studying at a publicly funded university based in London according to the contract so if you fit the requirements and are interested please let me know!
Room includes:
- double bed with a mattress
- desk, desk chair, desk lamp, pinboard, small bin
- drawers, shelves, wardrobe
- thick window curtains
Wifi and Utilities are included!
The room is not wheelchair accessible.
Also sorry I am away at the moment, photos are from the UoL website. I will update them when I return but for now, that is the general gist (my room is nicer :) )
