The bedroom is a nice room, 14 by 7.5 feet. Can add a set of drawers and buy a small rail. A brand new large single bed, with storage underneath. Can use our bedding.

Flat has a good size balcony which is great: some sun in summer, grow some plants, sit out and sky watch, dry washing .Nice to have outdoor space. Great location for Clerkenwell 1minute from Exmouth Market, easy walk for Angel, Farringdon, Kings X & Old Street.. postcode is WC1X 0EH. Very easy to walk / bus to most areas in London. Soho and Hackney are both 30 min walks.

Lee owns the flat which means any problems are taken care of and why it's decorated & furnished to a high standard. We keep the flat v clean and tidy & a cleaner comes twice a month.

We have a 5 year old small/medium sized dog, a Hungarian Puli called Jagger. He's kind hearted, calm & quiet at home and adorable. He doesn'd shed any hair at all, hypoallergenic.
