The British Library is across the road, Regent's Park and Islington are a fifteen minute walk, and the west end is about twenty minutes walking distance. There is also a lovely part of the canal to visit, as part of the thriving King's Cross development.

The studio has:
- a new double sofa bed (never been used) with a high quality daily use mattress
- a work area with desk, screen and chair, and reliable WIFI..
- free standing and fixed shelves for storage. The ad shows shelves with books, whcih are not empty and available for your use.
- a kitchen with gas hob and two ovens, fridge, washing machine appliances, and empty cupboards for your homeware and dry goods
- dining area with fold out table and six chairs
- living room area with two sofas, one a click-clack sofa bed for family visits and occsional guests.

The traditional Victorian mansion block is set in a pretty courtyard, in a quiet and friendly street, behind Euston Road.

I'm a communications professional and will be out of town, returning for a few days each month, over six months, to my room along the hallway, during which time the bathroom is shared.
