Room to rent located in central London W1, 5 minute walk from Russell Square tube Station.
The road is well lit at night easily accessible and generally very safe. Lots of local restaurants, shops, and amenities close by.
The One bedroom flat is located on the 3rd floor which is accessed via main front door, which opens up to a stair-way which leads up to the apartment ( no lift ).

I’m looking for a tenant who is quite and respects the property as well as other residents living in the block. As some residents are elderly.
Guest are more than welcome to visit, however I have a RULE whereby no guest can stay overnight.
PLEASE NOTE; the room available will be a flat share.
I always start with a 1- month trial stay. This gives both of us the chance to see if the arrangement works. After that, we can continue month by month or agree on a longer period if things go smoothly.
Priority is cleanliness — I need a guest who cleans up after themselves at all times and leaves the kitchen/bathroom tidy for the next person. Previous experiences with untidy guests have been a big issue, so this is non-negotiable.
If you show during the first month (and ongoing) that you’re responsible and can keep the place clean, then we can continue. If not, the arrangement will end after the trial.
Rent: £275 per week
Deposit: £275 (returned if no damage and flat is left clean)
