Hi! My lovely housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take her room in our small but cosy 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Holborn, available from the end of November/beginning of December.

The room comes unfurnished but has a built-in wardrobe and the clothes rails are included. In case, you would be able to buy the bed frame and mattress from my housemate.
When I moved in, the flat was mostly empty, so most of the furniture and things you'll find around the house (apart from the TV) are mine. You're very welcome to bring your own stuff too to make it feel like home.

Rent: £1,300 per month, excluding bills, Wi-Fi and Council Tax.
Deposit: approx. £1,385

About me:
I'm a 27-year-old Italian engineer. I moved to London in June after living in the Netherlands for five years. In my free time I love working out (especially high-intensity training), cooking (mostly Italian food, obviously!!), travelling, reading, and going for coffee or walks in nature.

I love a good chat and am always up for hanging out over coffee or dinner outside, but I also value some quiet me-time during the week, especially after an intense day at work. I go into the office 3 times a week and work from home the rest of the time.

I'm very tidy and a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to keeping the flat clean, neat and cosy. So I'm looking for someone, ideally a professional, with a similar lifestyle who will care for the home as much as I do.
