Hi,

I am currently the sole tenant in a 2-bedroom property and am looking for a second tenant to be added to the lease to split costs (this would be a joint tenancy arranged through the landlord).

I work full-time in a hybrid role (WFH a few days a week) and keep the house clean, tidy, and fairly relaxed. I enjoy a balance between my own space and socialising, so ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and not into hosting frequent parties or large groups - the house is more of a calm, home environment.

I do have a dog (Malinois x Whippet) who lives with me, so being genuinely comfortable with dogs is important. She is fully house-trained and very friendly.

Bills (gas, electric, water, broadband) are included in the price.
Council tax band B. I do not currently pay council tax as alongside full time work I am a full time student, so this cost may be higher if you are not a student.

The room fits a double bed and has large built-in storage with a hanging rail. The rest of the house includes a shared bathroom (bath & shower), kitchen, and living room.

There is on-street parking available directly outside, and a good-sized back garden that gets sun when Bolton allows it.

The room will be fully cleared before move-in. A vanity table and shelving (pictured) can be left if wanted, and the room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference.
