We are a young, easy-going household (my husband works full-time, myself, and our friendly cats). We also have a wonderful long-term lodger who has been living with us happily for almost two years, which we feel really reflects the warm, relaxed, and welcoming environment of our home.

Only one huge room at the loft, you will be enjoy great privacy and your own bathroom.

We prefer 6 month fix term contract then rolling contract after.

For the Bills (on a reimbursement basis) :
We will cover the council tax and internet fee for the household.

Bills (electric and water) will be split, around £80-85 each month which base on 4 ppl in total in house - for single lodger

Welcome Couple too!
If there is couple the bills will split into 5ppl in total - around £70 per person and additional £50 to the rent for couples.
