Decided to rent my spare room, should help people who are stuck in this current climate hopefully. I’m five minutes walk from Bury town centre. You can use the room as furnished or bring your own furniture I’m pretty easy with either.
Open to couples too, the cost would naturally be a bit extra. The price of the room is absolute so there will be no other bills to pay ontop (I cover all utility bills including wifi).

As you can see in the pics the room is very very big and there is enough room for the bed and lots of space for a sofa and tv area and/ or desk for your work / computer.

I have a home gym too including cable crossover, bike, range of Hex Dumbells , foam rollers, bench, skipping rope, punch bag and supports which you’re welcome to use.
Just to make sure all your hard work in the gym is ruined I have a bar in my house too 😂

I’m into my fitness, music etc, love a social drink and a laugh. Love dogs but don’t own one sadly ! Pineapple on pizza is perfectly acceptable in my world !
