We are a young, easy-going family (my husband works full-time, myself, our young toddler, and our friendly cat). We also have another long-term lodger who has been living with us happily for almost 2 years, which really reflects the relaxed and welcoming environment of our home. We respect privacy and are looking for someone who values a peaceful and tidy living space just as much as we do.

Who We Are Looking For (House Rules):
As this is a family home, we want to ensure a harmonious living arrangement for everyone. We are looking for a lodger who aligns with our lifestyle:

- Full-time Professional: Must have a stable income. You will need to pass a standard referencing check. 6 month fix term contract required.

- Family & Pet Friendly: You must be completely comfortable living with a young child and a cat.

- Clean & Tidy: We keep our home very clean and expect you to clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom) immediately after use. Light cooking is preferred.

- Quiet & Respectful: As we have a young child and early work starts, we value quiet evenings. No loud music, parties, or late-night disruptions.

- Guests: For our family’s privacy and safety, no overnight guests are allowed.

- Reasonable Usage: Fair and reasonable use of utilities and the washing machine (e. g., 2-3 times a week).
