This is a large double bedroom with ample space for rent. It has a large en-suite as well as floor space of which i had used for a sofa and three more units of storage. Due to personal reasons, i am having to go back home 2hrs away and can no longer live in bolton. It is a wonderful accommodation with a great sense of community. We have a Common Room which is used by fellow students to study, have movie nights or game with each other via playing pool, foozeball or darts. On top of this, there is a newly modernised gym with a large flat screen tv so you can work out while listening to music or watching your shows or following a workout routine. There is 24 hour security 7 days a week with excellent maintenance staff available Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. There is a large shared kitchen/living area as well as a large court yard in the centre of the building. There is also a fully functional lift that allows you to reach your floor with ease when moving in, carrying shopping or workbooks or if you simply don’t want to challenge either of the two stair cases.
From this room specifically you can see over the hilly side of bolton giving you perfect studying views. Not only that but bills and broadband are included in the cost. There is fully functioning heating and plenty of plug sockets for all of your technology needs.
