Single occupant only. Please do not inquire if you are a couple or a parent with a child or children living with you . The room is strictly for one person for the entire duration of the stay of course visitors are allowed just not living in .

If you are not an organized and very clean person, do not try to contact me at all. I am not ready to “father” anyone. Don’t enquire if you are a dirty person , at the very least, everyone knows whether they are a top-notch, organized, detail-oriented person or not. If you don’t know how to look after a house, please don’t talk to me. I beg you: just leave my leads alone. Don’t tell me you are clean and organized just because you are desperate to find a place to live. I will chase you out my property within 1 month if you dare lie to me and I find out your a dirty and not organized person .
