I’m looking for a house mate, it is my house so I’m looking for someone respectful and polite.

I would a live in landlord, as such I am looking for a FEMALE HOUSE MATE.
This is personal preference. I will not accept male applicants.

I work shifts some days we won’t see each other, other days you’ll find me relaxing in the garden or with a film.
My house is relaxed and tidy, it’s a two bed terrace house. It’s homely, tidy, well looked after.

I’m looking to share with a female, who are respectful and friendly.
You’d have your own freshly painted bedroom, with new carpet. The bathroom is shared but also recently refurbished

The living room is spacious, obviously shared between us, includes broadband and tv.
With back yard/Garden is a sun trap in the summer.
Parking spaces available.
Easy assess to the motorway, only 10 minute walk into Bury town centre.
10minute walk to the shops, cinema, Bury college.
