My name is Holly and I am the Live-In-Landlord of the property on offer. The room is available to be moved into right away.

You will be sharing the house with me and my little chihuahua, Chico. The house is very cosy and homely, not the standard soul-less HMO on this site. I am a banker who works in Manchester City centre and I love Netflix nights, cooking, wine on the sofa & a good night out.

The deal I am offering is £600 a month (including bills) and the room is on the 2nd floor with a use of the main bathroom as I use my own en suite. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a back garden, driveway and on-street parking. It is situated on a quiet, modern culdesac with amenities close by & lots of lovely walking spots such as Moses Gate & the canal. There are corner shops & a big Tesco walking distance. I am decorating obsessed and always renovating something new so expect to see me with a paint brush very often. The house is kept on top of as I am a clean freak & love it to look aesthetic as possible.
