Female wanted for a double room available in three bedroom house in leafy cul-de-sac available 1st March.

There is a kosher kitchen, so you must be either vegetarian or Jewish. You may not cook non-kosher meat in the house or use your own pans unless they are kosher. We have tried to accommodate people cooking separately with their own pans in the past but this has not worked so this is no longer negotiable.

Live-in landlord (Jewish, NHS manager) and one lodger (not Jewish, self-employed artist) with a cat and baby (born in April). Household is peaceful and drama-free. Current household are old uni friends and so we have known each other for a very long time and while we are not looking for new friends, we are looking for someone who will fit in with the house and we can trust around this baby (which you are not required to care for, obviously). You will be invited but not obliged to participate in household activities like dinners, films, trips out etc.

House is across three floors with living room, dining room, garden and guest room available for WFH and relaxation. Plenty of space so we're not on top of each other. Room is furnished.

Local transport links are ebike, three buses, and the train station is on the Thameslink via Oyster card.
