Hi there, I am a gap year individual currently living in an owned 3 bed house with a spare room open for rent.
My father lives here part time in the 2nd room and we both work so are out most of the time.
If you’d be living here all we ask is for you to clean up after yourself and be respectful of our space as we would be sharing a bathroom, kitchen and a living room.
We have a large drive which means you can park your car there and a garden with an outer house and a shed.
