A clean and tidy double room on the top floor of my house, in a nice, quiet area.

You’ll be sharing with just me, with a shared kitchen and bathroom. I go to the gym five mornings a week and usually shower there.

I’d love to find someone clean, tidy and considerate who wants a chilled place to come home to after work or studying. Ideally, you’ll work outside the house rather than from home.

Available for a woman or gay man.

I enjoy a good balance of having our own space and being able to have a chat, perhaps share the odd meal out or watch a film occasionally.
