Hi all, I live in a 3 bedroom house in Winton/Moordown and have a newly decorated single bedroom for rent. The room has large bay windows and is furnished with a single bed and mattress, large double wardrobe, desk and chair, bed side table, lamp, and 2 under bed storage drawers.
All bills are included.

A bit about me - I'm originally from London and came to Bournemouth for uni. I loved it so much that I never left, and now work full time as an Occupational Therapist in the community. Im an outdoorsy person and love going for walks along the beach. I also love a chilled night in with a good series and a Savvy B. I'm very easy going and would want whoever moves in to feel completely relaxed and at home.

I am ideally looking for a long-term let but am open to discussing short term of 3 months upwards.

Current household consists of 2 female adults - both working. We are very friendly and looking for someone who is easy going and tidy!

The house is situated on Winston Road - within walking distance to Asda Westway (Castle Lane West), Winton high street, and only a short drive/bus ride to Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan.

You will have full access to the large living/dining room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet and garden. There is space for one car on the driveway but plenty of parking available on the road.

We politely ask for no enquires from males, students, couples or professionals working from home.
