I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my recently refurbished two-bedroom flat in Southbourne, just a 3-minute walk from the beach!

Due to a changes in my personal situation, I am now sub letting the second room within my flat. The flat is in a small, friendly block with lovely neighbours and is bright, spacious and well maintained.

* Excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Southbourne beach.

RENT: £680–£700 per month (depending on the season).

I’m ideally looking for an HSU student, male or female, aged approximately 22–32, who is clean, respectful and enjoys a relaxed home environment.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My names Emily and I’m 24 and originally moved from Sussex to Bournemouth 4.5 years ago for my undergraduate degree. I’m now studying Physiotherapy at HSU.

I’m quite active and usually up early, spending most mornings at the gym or out running. I love hiking, Hyrox, spontaneous trips and exploring new places. I’m also quite routine-driven when it comes to everyday life, so you’ll often find me doing my weekly meal prep!

I’m sociable but also independent and tend to keep busy, so I’m not someone who’s constantly at home. I don’t really go on nights out and enjoy having a relaxed, tidy home to come back to.

My ideal morning usually involves a coffee and a walk along the beach! If you’re looking for a lovely place to live, particularly if you’re studying at HSU, I’d love to hear from you.
