For our Moslem friends, there is a mosque just 5 minutes walk from here

You are welcome to use my kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, toaster etc but PLEASE no deep frying or wok cooking, nothing making oil smoke.
We do not wear outside shoes in the flat. You need to bring carpet slippers
This is a very peaceful place in an excellent neighbourhood so I am looking for a tenant who respects this.

I live in a tree lined quiet street in Westbourne, 5 to 7 minute walk to the bus stop where there are buses every few minutes to Bournemouth town centre and to Poole etc. And you can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes
Nocturnal people won't be accepted here. We sleep at night and are active during the day.
