Single room accommodation available in Bournemouth. Location is in Christchurch road, bus stop just outside the house, Bournemouth Hospital (University Hospital) is 1 mile away, Pokesdown station is a 5 minutes walk, Kings Park and bus stops are just opposite the road. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are only 2 minute walk. Southbourne beach and Boscombe market are also nearby, about 15 mins walk.

The room is accommodated by a friendly family (live in) in a nice quiet and clean home, so we are looking for a tidy tenant to join us.

Bills are included. Internet access and laundry facilities are included in the package. We have two bathrooms, other shared facilities are available such as the kitchen, lounge and dining room. Garden access is also available for studying and chilling out.
