My name is Carole. I have a double room (single occupancy) and a single room available in Canford Heath in a clean presentable detached house. It is a quiet area with on road parking. 5 minutes walk to bus. Wifi, smart TV and a quiet garden with a pond. Right on the heath, so great for walking. Would prefer male flatmates.

I am retired. There is another room let to a male taxi driver (so CRB checked) in his 30s who works nights and has been lodging here over a year. There are also three well behaved cats who keep to themselves. All bills included.
