We are looking for flat mate in our newly refurbished house.
Room is furnished, brand new bathroom and kitchen. House has got small garden, if you are smoker, you can smoke outside not in the room.
We do have laundry room, if you need to wash your clothes.
WiFi is available.
In the room there is wardrobe, bed, sofa, table, chair, drawer.
I have put small fridge in the room just to cool your drinks.
All bills are included
Location is really good, 2 minutes to town centre and 2 min to beach.
