Looking for a new house mate, I have a 3 bedroom place in Bournemouth town close to all the shops and good take aways.
I’m ex military now working on the private sector, I work away a fair bit as well so the new person would get the house all to themselves a lot of the time. It’s 3 bedroom but 3rd will only ever be my office so only me and a new person. Kitchen, shower/bathroom with bath. Central heating, price per month is for all bills included. I’m a combat doctor, so like a peaceful house, but I love to cook and bake ect so more than happy to cook dinners if your running late from work ect, I’d rather have a family style type home where both help out, cleaning ect I’m super clean and tidy so it’s never messy here but would expect the same from someone else or if something needs doing just do it. High level of security as well within the house and I can provide private off road parking that’s very secure at an extra cost per month but that’s family style home where everyone’s comfy and chilled out. Room can be available almost straight away, Old house mate had king size bed in there with big chest of draws and cupboards ect so good size room but your not confined to your room.
