I’m looking for a QUIET, clean, tidy and respectful lodger, to live downstairs (I have my own space upstairs).

I am a keen traveller but am unfortunately now disabled (complex disability) so am mostly stuck upstairs myself 😿. I am looking for a Lodger to live in one of the downstairs rooms. It is currently being sorted and the furniture being replaced. It will have a kingsize bed, pull out desk/table, a snuggle chair and plenty of wardrobe space. I will get better pictures once the bed is in, and the last of the old stuff is out. But it’s fine to view now and it can be ready in a day or two :)

Due to my disability it’s essential that lodgers are quiet, clean tidy and respectful!

There is a garden as pictured, but it currently needs sorting as I’ve not been well enough to maintain it unfortunately and my previous lodger had no interest in Gardening unfortunately. Theres no space in the outbuildings at the moment, but if you require outdoor storage there are options.

I will consider pets (additional £20pw) subject to my cats approval 😻. I am also quite flexible with the use of the garden if anyone wants to grow veggies or keep chickens etc.

I will consider people who are on benefits, but I do not accept direct payments and rent and deposit still need to be paid in advance and proof of sufficient income will be required.

Please note the room is not en-suite, but I have my own bathroom, upstairs.
