Looking for flatmate to move in around August time! room is small but doesn’t feel it, comes with bed and wardrobe. there’s a shared kitchen (you will have your own draws/cupboards though) and living space as well as a shared bathroom. The tenancy is 6 months minimum so you would need to be comfortable staying for at least that long. The flat comes with one parking space, and bike storage! It is on a main bus route and close to winton so really good for transport and really easy to get to the shops by walking
As a housemate I’m fairly easy going, I like to be social and cook for people, I’m willing to share responsibility for cleaning, bins etc as well as buying necessities such as cleaning products. I like to keep the flat clean but lived in with an eclectic vibe.
I do own a cat so you’ll have to be okay with that and I’m open to other pets and sharing responsibility for them!
