Hello,
We have a ground floor double room to rent. In the hallway we have a shower room with a sink and a downstairs separate toilet.
We have a large garden you can use whenever you like and a bar down the bottom of the garden which has a pool table and TV in it so you are more than welcome to use that too.
We do have 2 dogs so whoever lives with us must like dogs.
We have a daughter who lives with us she is 11 and 3 other children who are all teens who visit every other weekend so they won't be around all the time.
We have a conservatory with a dining table which you are welcome to use also.
We are on the doorstep to local shops and a bus route into town.
We are looking for a friendly person who can get on with our family dynamic.
We don't currently have pictures as we are converting it at the moment but will be ready and available from the 1st of May.
