Our current tenant finishes his university placement at innovation park in July so our double furnished room will be available for rent on a Monday to Friday basis. Our house is perfectly situated for university placement students at the innovation park as only a 10/15 minute walk away. We are only a 5/10 minute walk from the train station and shops etc which include convenience store, butchers, takeaways and hairdressers. The room consists of a double bed, built in wardrobe and shelving with the room being cleaned once a week. Shared use of modern kitchen and bathroom. Superfast broadband, on road parking and bike locking facilities. All bills included. Please get in touch only if you’re looking for somewhere to rent whilst on university placement.
