Large room to rent in a 3-bed house. perfect location, 5 minutes from BH hospital and GP Morgan and 8 minutes walk from Castlepoint shopping center.
The house is in a cul-de-sac location where there is parking and it has a private feel, very quiet here. The house is very clean, dry, with no mold, and warm.

All bills are included, there is a garden to relax.

In the kitchen-wash machine, gas cooker, tumble dryer, microwave, and all other appliances including fruit mixer and juicer and all the cutlery and stuff for cooking are available to use for free.
All bills included no extras to pay.

I am the owner of this house, I am looking for a working professional for a short-term 1-2 months maximum stay. It is very large room, bigger than a double room but it is only separated by sheet as you can see on a picture. This is why the price for the very large room is 450£ for a month's stay.
