Hello I'm Luke - I'm offering a sunny, moderate sized double room to rent, for up to one month, in a quiet, homely, two bedroom flat on a peaceful road in Westbourne.

A gorgeous place to live in the summer (and all year round) - the flat is ideally placed between the high street and the sea (near Alum Chine) and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The flat is moderate sized, second floor, one shared bathroom, with a lounge (large TV and streaming services). Kitchen has space for people cooking together, separately and a dining table for four.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps. The kitchen table can be used as study / work space. The flat has great light and air during the day as it's full of windows!

I'm a healthcare professional, into my sports and fitness, as well as kicking back on the sofa for film nights with all the food.
