Electricity bill shared. Strictly NO SMOKING HERE. 10 minutes walk from town centre (The Square). Near EF Language School. You can use my sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathrooms. We have BT Wifi here. We do not wear street shoes inside the flat.

This is a very peaceful place in an excellent neighbourhood so I am looking for a tenant who respects this.

I am a British pensioner and wish to rent ONE room in my large apartment. I live in a tree lined quiet street in Westbourne, 5 to 7 minute walk to the bus stop where there are buses every few minutes to various local places.
