Hi. We have this cosy small double sized room for single occupancy in a house share near Bournemouth train station/Asda. It has a small double bed and can be offered with a small desk and chair instead of the chair and coffee table if needed. It's available form around the 15th of June or possibly a bit earlier.

The location is fairly central and well connected. For food shopping, Asda, Lidl and Aldi are all close by. There are a very good bus and train links and it's an easy walk to Bournemouth town centre and the beach.

The current housemates are a diverse friendly group, aged approximately 25 to 35. Three female and one male.
Their interests include, music, playing guitar, dance, nature, wildlife, plants, health etc. They've organised a cleaning Rota amongst themselves so you would need to be happy to be a part of that. One of them has a friendly cat.

We're looking for someone past their partying years who is friendly and considerate to others. Non drivers only as the parking is difficult..

This house is licensed by the council for a maximum of 5 occupants only, so the rooms are not available to couples or people with children.
Also sorry but I can’t accept any more pets and no indoor smokers.

I am a conscientious, trustworthy, private landlord.
Me and the house have been thoroughly checked out by the council as part of the licensing process.

There are no hidden fees or charges to pay and ALL bills are included in the rent. Your deposit will be placed in a deposit protection scheme.

At least one good reference from a previous landlord will be required.
