You’ll be very welcome in our family home. The double room is available from mid Feb and has built in storage and a desk. It’s available at £550pcm.

The room comes with full use of a big bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. We have an en-suite so the big bathroom is for use of the two guest bedrooms. The room comes with free high speed broadband and is fully inclusive of all bills.

The house is semi detached in a good part of Boscombe and just 10 mins walk from the beach, one minute walk to the bus station and 2 mins walk to Boscombe high street. The house is also a short distance from Kings Park where you can walk to JP Morgan and the Littledown Centre. The house is located in a quiet and friendly street and has a big beautiful garden. There’s lots of outdoor seating for the summer and the garden gets sun all year round.

You’ll be living with myself, our other male lodger (22), my partner and my child. You’ll also be flat mates with our two cats Pancake and Splodge. We are an open, easy going and friendly family and you’ll be very welcome.
