im looking for a two friendly, clean, tidy persons to rent, double room
Good size room with storage shelves and hanging space and are newly decorated.
Also, we have a brand new kitchen. Sunny Garden.

We are 5 minutes from all the buses that run along Christchurch rd going into Bournemouth Center, and the train is only 10min walk minutes away from us.
The beach is also a handy 10-minute walk away!

Preferably we would like someone working or a student.
Im a pretty easygoing person.
We have two bathrooms, and the house is big, so there is plenty of space for all of us.
All the bills are included in the rent... plus your fast fiber WiFi
