I’m Nicky, a 30 year old healthcare professional and I have a 3 bed home in Bransgore village. l live here with my partner, small dog and two wonderful lodgers. Rita is moving out in August so I am looking for a likeminded, friendly/ dog-friendly, clean and respectful individual to rent my spare room from September.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac - just a short walk from the local amenities and the new forest. It is a short drive to the beach, Christchurch town centre and the local train station (which is on a direct line to central London). It is also an easy commute to both Bournemouth and Southampton.

I have a garden, garage and loft space available and there is always plenty of parking in the cul de sac. I have Wi-Fi and all the usual amenities (please message me if you require more detail).

The spare room was recently renovated and is spacious. It has fitted mirror wardrobes, a large desk, small double bed and plenty of storage space.

I have my own en-suite so the bathroom will only be shared with Suzie, a 25 year old professional. She is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a separate shower and bath and underfloor heating.
