We are looking to replace our house mate who is moving out in June 2026.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed. The house has a shared lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a conservatory, garden and garage. There is also a parking space which is free to use (shared on first come first serve basis).

The rent is £560 payable each month which includes, gas, electric and water. We split the other bills between us and I have detailed below your share of the other bills:
