Hi,
I have a spare room and private shower room/bathroom near Southbourne. I can only guarantee 5/6 months at a time as it is on the market.
Price inclusive of all bills I work in the office 4 days a week. My partner works from home but has a room and his own setup. Both working professionals ( 36 & 39.) His children who are 10 & 12 stay 4 nights a month but they're very well behaved.
The garden is huge (largest on this road) and south west facing, very private with a nice patio.
I have no pets but will consider yours.
I live with my partner and we share the master bedroom and ensuite as two working professionals.

I will also consider couples but the price would change. Equally, if you're someone I get on well with the price is negotiable.
