A spacious double bedroom on the ground floor, which comes with a private bathroom and toilet. There are two single beds at the moment as we usually have two students sharing it, but we can put in a double bed for those looking to rent it by themselves if requested.

The room is part of a warm and friendly family home.
We are a family of three: myself (36), my wife (39), our son (7), and cat (11). The house is located in Winton, with excellent transport links (2 minutes from the bus stop).

We have superfast broadband (up to 1000GB).

All utilities included.

We are upstairs, so you will have a private bathroom and shower and be in the downstairs bedroom.

Please also be aware that the rent is £150 per week for an individual or £200 for two people sharing the room. No deposit.
