I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy. lodger to share this lovely 2 bed flat in Parkstone (Constitution Hill). I am in my thirties and work full time in a care home.

Easy access to buses for getting around Poole and Bournemouth. 10 minute walk to Waitrose and other shops.

Double room for one person. Recently redecorated and refurbished. New boiler, new windows, rewired and a positive ventilation unit - so no condensation! This also filters the air so is good for hay fever sufferers, and makes it cooler in the hot summer.

It's a ground floor flat in a pretty, quiet setting with a small, sunny south facing patio. The neighbours are very nice and it's quiet and peaceful..

The bedroom is fully furnished with a brand new bed and mattress, with drawers underneath and includes a TV. (You may need your own TV licence). Also triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk and chair.

The kitchen has all mod cons including oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine and tumble drier.

The bathroom is in good condition with a shower over the bath, basin, toilet and a heated towel rail. There is good water pressure. Plus a high quality extractor fan.
There is a shared comfortable lounge with dining space.

There is plenty of free parking outside the flats or on the road nearby. There is a garage which could be used for storage for example for a bike.

The rent includes all bills including council tax. Fyi - Council tax is band C.
